1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Mywheelz, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid full driver’s license. Provisional or learner's licenses are not accepted.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.
• Agree to our identity and license verification process as required.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.
• Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment platform, Stripe.
• A refundable security bond may be required, depending on the vehicle type and rental conditions.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• You can modify your booking dates or vehicle by logging into your "My Account" portal, subject to availability and potential rate changes.

4. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be driven by the registered renter or approved additional drivers listed on the rental agreement.
• Using our vehicles for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited and will void any insurance coverage.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with a full tank of fuel unless a pre-paid fuel option was selected.

5. Damages & Liability

• The renter is financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during the rental period.
• Optional insurance packages are available at the time of booking to reduce your financial liability (excess).
• Excess charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with damage or is involved in an unreported incident.

6. Late Returns

• We provide a courtesy grace period of 1 hour for all returns.
• Late returns beyond this grace period may incur a charge equivalent to an additional day's rental.
• If you anticipate a delay, please contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss options.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination

Mywheelz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion, particularly if it violates these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
